Español- La Yuca  es un tubérculo cultivado tradicionalmente en las Antillas y es uno favorito en nuestra dieta. Crecen bien en terreno bien trabajado y suelto. El tamaño del tubérculo va a depender de esto. Los tubérculos tardan en recogerse alrededor de 8-9 meses. 
 
English- The casava root is traditionall grown in the Caribbean as a delicious traditional food. It grows well in well worked, loose soil . The size of the tuberb will depend on that. The roots are ready for harvest in 8-9 months after planting.
